A little bit about me
I’ve always been fascinated by food’s power to bring people together. Growing up in an Italian family steeped in the Mediterranean diet, I learned early that every ingredient tells a story. My passion led me to open a restaurant, where I connected with countless people over shared meals. But the pressures of running a business and balancing family life eventually took their toll—my body began signaling that my natural constitution was out of balance with relentless migraines, IBS, anxiety, and panic attacks.
At my breaking point, I did something that felt both terrifying and necessary—I trusted my gut and went to India to an Ayurvedic retreat. There, I learned something that changed everything: health isn’t about restriction or control—it’s about alignment. Ayurveda taught me to understand my body’s natural constitution and work with it instead of fighting against it. I started seeing food as true medicine, not just something to enjoy or avoid. And slowly, my body healed.
That experience didn’t just reset my health—it shifted my entire perspective & i return every year to India. I became a certified Holistic practitioner to share what I learn’t. Now, I like to support others in decoding their body’s signals, giving them the knowledge and support to understand what their body is truly asking for.

For the longest time, I treated my health like something I could put on a "to-do later" list. It wasn’t urgent, so I’d push it aside, thinking I’d deal with it when I had time. I’d keep going, ignoring the little signs—feeling tired even after a full night’s sleep, needing coffee just to function, random headaches, skin breakouts, bloating.
None of these things seemed serious enough to stop and pay attention to. I told myself, I’m fine. I’ll rest later.
Until one day, my body decided it was done waiting.
It hit me hard—exhaustion, gut issues, hormone imbalances. It was like my body had been whispering for years, and when I wouldn’t listen, it started screaming. And I realized something that changed the way I see health forever:
We don’t have to wait until we’re broken to take care of ourselves.
But that’s exactly what so many of us do.
